SYMPOSIUM DINNER REGISTRATION NOW LIVE!

The Symposium dinner will take place on Thursday 24 September 7.30 pm for 8 pm. The venue is the exclusive Hotel Napoleon, 29 Porte de France, overlooking the Mediterranean in Menton, which has a highly regarded restaurant:

The French Riviera is not cheap and the menu represents good value, given the venue and location.

In addition, we are delighted to announce that the New Zealand Embassy in Paris has generously offered us our 'vin d'honneur' prior to the dinner, at 7.30pm. HE, Sarah Dennis, New Zealand Ambassador to France will be present, to meet delegates.


The menu:

Pastilla de chèvre aux pignons de pin, salade de roquette, vinaigrette miel vanille (goat's cheese, rocket and pine nut salad, with honey and vanilla vinaigrette)

Filet de Loup, crème de citron de Menton, légumes de saison (fillet of sea bass, with Menton lemon cream sauce, seasonal vegetables)

Tarte fine au chocolat, vanille (fine chocolate tart, with iced vanilla cream)

½ Vin, Eaux, Café/Thé (1/2 Bott wine per person, water, tea/coffee)

The cost will be 35 euros / £30 / NZ$ 75.
