KMS Birthday Lecture 2012 Photos

17 October 2012

The lecture was presented to a packed audience by internationally acclaimed authors Sally Vickers, Ali Smith and Susan Sellers and the title of the lecture was ‘The Legacy of Katherine Mansfield’. It was a perfect afternoon from start to finish, held in Gordon Square in the heart of Bloomsbury, in the former library of John Maynard Keynes. Three huge paintings by Vanessa Bell still hang on the walls. The sun shone through the trees in the garden square outside as the audience were captivated by the three speakers! There was even the spontaneous popping of champagne corks as the talks reached their conclusion and we all agreed that KM’s sense of humour is still going strong! Click here for Photos. Copies of the lecture booklet are available from our shop.
